How to Use?
- Take out the cherry pits pouch from the pocket.
- Heat the pouch in the microwave for a maximum of 2 minutes.
- If the pouch is too hot, leave to cool for a moment. When it is ready, insert it into the pocket.
- Place the waistband on the baby’s belly. Use the adjustable velcro to secure the waistband at the back.
