• Promotional gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable with no exceptions. 

• Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced.

• Any outstanding balance will remain on your voucher and can be redeemed until your balance is zero, however it must be used up before the 31st of August 2025.

• For delivery by post please select shipping option as 'Gift Card Only' -a €3.50 flat fee applies for vouchers sent by post. Alternatively select 'Pickup in store' for free collection.
